Membership Information:

HKC offers Associate Memberships for new members. After one year as an associate, they become a Regular Member. A person who remains a member in good standing for thirty consecutive years then becomes a Life member. We also offer Honorary memberships in recognition of valued service to our Club.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Halifax Kennel Club, please read and sign the Code of Ethics which must accompany the Membership application. Please click the blue links to download these forms.

Meeting Location:

Basinview Community School is located on Basinview Drive in Bedford.
 
If you are coming from the city on the Bedford Highway, turn LEFT at the lights at the bottom of Hammonds Plains Road. Turn RIGHT at the next set of lights. This is Basinview Drive. Proceed along this street to Basinview School (on your right). Parking is behind the school. Entrance to the building is in front of the parking area. Go down the entrance hallway to the cafeteria. It will be on your left.  
 
If you are coming from Dartmouth or other areas that link with the Bedford Highway, turn RIGHT at the lights at the bottom of Hammonds Plains Road. Turn RIGHT at the next set of lights.This is Basinview Drive. Proceed along this street to Basinview School (on your right). Parking is behind the school. Enterance to the building is in front of the parking area. Go down the entrance hallway to the cafeteria. It will be on your left.
